CANCELLATION AND
REFUND POLICY

We value your time and ours. This policy outlines our simple and transparent rules regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all consultations and programs offered by Happy Food Happy Body.

1. One-Time Consultation Bookings

Our one-time consultation sessions are designed to provide focused, personalized nutrition guidance within a dedicated time slot. Due to the nature of appointment-based services, the following policies apply:

Refund Policy

Once a consultation slot is booked and payment is made, it is considered confirmed and is non-refundable. This ensures we can dedicate the time exclusively to you and maintain fairness to all clients.

Rescheduling Option

We understand that unexpected situations arise. You may reschedule your consultation once at no additional charge, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may not be accommodated.

2. Nutrition Programs (1, 3, 6, and 12 Months)

Our structured nutrition programs involve significant planning, customization, and ongoing support. The following policies apply to all program enrollments:

Refund Policy

  • All nutrition programs are non-refundable once the program has started and the initial consultation or diet plan has been delivered
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused weeks, missed follow-up calls, or early discontinuation of the program
  • Program fees cover the entire duration of personalized planning, ongoing support, and consultation time allocated to you

Rescheduling Follow-Up Calls

We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. Follow-up calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. However, please note:

  • If you do not attend your scheduled call and do not contact us within 24 hours of the missed appointment, the session will be marked as completed
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may not be possible due to scheduling constraints

3. Digital Products and Resources

All digital products including guides, PDFs, templates, meal plans, recipe collections, and educational materials are non-refundable once delivered to you. Since these are digital resources that can be immediately accessed, copied, or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds after delivery.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase to ensure they meet your needs and expectations.

4. Program Pause Option for Long-Term Plans

We recognize that life can sometimes require you to take a temporary break from your wellness journey. For clients enrolled in our 6-month or 12-month programs, we offer a flexible pause option:

Eligible Reasons for Pause

  • Extended travel or relocation that makes consultation calls difficult
  • Important examinations or academic commitments requiring full focus
  • Medical reasons or health emergencies that temporarily prevent you from following the program

Pause Terms

  • You may request one program pause during your enrollment period
  • The maximum pause duration is 45 days
  • Your program will automatically resume after the pause period, and your timeline will be extended accordingly
  • To request a pause, please contact us at least 7 days in advance when possible

Note: The pause option is not available for 1-month and 3-month programs due to their shorter duration.

5. Exceptional Circumstances and Refunds

While our standard policy is that all services are non-refundable once started, we understand that truly exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:

  • Services cannot be delivered due to our unavailability or unforeseen circumstances on our end
  • Technical issues on our side prevent us from providing the agreed-upon services

In such exceptional cases, pro-rated refunds may be issued based on the portion of services not delivered. Each situation will be evaluated individually, and decisions will be made at our discretion.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, lack of adherence to the program, dissatisfaction with results due to non-compliance, or personal circumstances unrelated to service delivery.

6. How to Request Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Refund

If you need to reschedule an appointment, pause your program, or discuss any concerns regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact us as soon as possible

When contacting us, please include your name, booking details, and the specific nature of your request. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours during business days.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

In the rare event that a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed from our end

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy before making any bookings. Your booking and payment constitute acceptance of the current policy in effect at that time.
